At MuteSnore™, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders to our valued customers!


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is considered dispatched and will be on its way to your specified address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

The delivery time of your package depends on your location and begins once the order is dispatched. Below are estimated delivery times based on the destination:

📍 United States: 5-10 business days
📍 Canada: 7-14 business days
📍 United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
📍 Australia: 7-14 business days
📍 Worldwide: 10-20 business days

Please note: Delays in transit or tracking updates may occur during peak times, holidays, or due to customs processing for international orders. These delays are outside of our control.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at support@mutesnore.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates after this timeframe.
  • If our system detects address issues, our support team will email you for verification within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, your order may be canceled.

Delayed Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, some delays are beyond our control, including:

  • Weather disruptions or transit issues with couriers
  • Customs processing for international shipments
  • Address verification problems or payment delays

If your order is delayed, we will work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as quickly as possible. However, MuteSnore™ is not liable for delays caused by external factors.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at support@mutesnore.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • We recommend contacting the courier to file a claim for lost or stolen packages.
  • While MuteSnore™ is not responsible for packages after they are handed over to the courier, we will provide support by following up with the courier on your behalf.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. Please note that lost or stolen packages fall outside our refund policy.
